Only complete and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract (voluntary return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order). Using this template is not mandatory: an unequivocal statement sent by email to info@ateliest.com is enough.
If your product arrived defective, faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, you do not need this form: write to us directly and we will cover all costs. See section 2 of our Shipping and Returns Policy.

What happens next
- We receive your notice and confirm the return instructions.
- You return the product unused, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
- Once received and checked, we refund the price of the products and the standard delivery cost of the original shipment, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your notice, using the same payment method you used.
For health and hygiene protection reasons, sealed cosmetic products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed or opened.
