1. General Information

This website is operated by Ateliest. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ateliest.
By accessing and using this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our associated policies.

2. Use of the Site

By using this site, you declare that:

You are of legal age in your country of residence
You will not use our products for illegal or unauthorised purposes
You will not transmit viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products and Services

Our products are intended for skincare and wellbeing.
We make every effort to display colours, textures and descriptions accurately, but we do not guarantee that the display on your device will be exact.

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products without prior notice
Limit sales per person, region or jurisdiction

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in the currency indicated on the site.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is processed through secure third-party platforms. We do not store credit card data.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs will be communicated at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (courier, customs, etc.).

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information.

6. Exchanges and Returns

There are two different return scenarios, each with its own conditions and costs.

6.1. Right of withdrawal (voluntary return)

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase without having to give a reason. This voluntarily extends the 14 calendar days provided for in Article 71 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

For health and hygiene protection reasons, and in accordance with Article 103(e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery. Products must be returned unused, with the seal intact, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

In the event of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will refund the price of the products and the standard delivery cost of the original shipment within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of your notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6.2. Defective product, order error or damage in transit

If a product arrives defective or faulty, does not match what you ordered, or has been damaged in transit, Ateliest covers all costs of the return and of the replacement or refund, at no cost to you. The seal restriction in section 6.1 does not apply in these cases.

Write to us at info@ateliest.com with your order number and photographs. Ateliest is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, in accordance with Article 120 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

6.3. Procedure

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, branding, design) is the property of Ateliest and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Total or partial reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

8. Liability

Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
We recommend carrying out a patch test before use.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from improper use of the products.

9. Privacy

The use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the site, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.
